The ambulatory section consists of a reception area, a waiting room, two consultative-specialist outpatient clinics and six subspecialist outpatient clinics, and includes office work. Through the work of these units, high-quality and fast diagnostics and adequate treatment of a large number of patients are made possible every day, which ensures a high-quality health service. |
STATIONARY |
The hospital part of the Clinic has 65 hospital rooms, with a capacity of 129 hospital beds. All rooms have natural light and are equipped with a separate toilet and shower cabin. The inpatient part of the Clinic is located on four floors, divided according to pathology into departments. Each department is divided into two sections. Departments are managed by heads of departments, with each department having two doctors per department. |
SCIENTIFIC-TEACHING ACTIVITY |
The University Clinic for Infectious Diseases and Febrile Conditions is the only academic institution in R. North Macedonia which conducts education in the subject of Infectology for students of medicine and dentistry. The department manages, plans and implements the curriculum for the subject of Infectology for students and interns. The department also enables continuous monitoring of the latest scientific achievements by organizing expert lectures, sectional meetings and seminars, training courses, congresses, publishing professional papers, organizing visits by experts as well as participating in international meetings. |
